Tone Fitness 3 in 1 Adjustable Weight Jump Rope High Quality

This rope is great. It was a very easy to adjust the length, and once I had it a proper length for my height, jumping was a breeze. The rope rotates beautifully. Right off the bat I threw in the most weight I could fit in the handles to see how it felt. I have to admit I was not expecting much, but wow! My arms were on fire after less that a minute of jumping. I had to take some weight out so I could actually get through my cardio routine. Great product, love the optional weights! Absolutely worth trying for such a low price.
By using the age old technique of jumping in one place, this product is great for a cardio work out and to tone up your legs. The weighted handles bring a new twist to jump roping my getting your upper body involved in the workout! Great product to get an all body workout with! I highly recommend!
Ok – adjusting the length of the jump rope. I had no idea how to do this. The box didn’t come with any instructions. The ends of the handles screw off, and you can pull the jump rope out of either handle. On one of the jump rope ends is a little plastic crimpy-thing that can be moved up and down on the jump rope to adjust the length. Once you have it the length you want, you can cut off the extra, because it’s really hard to fit the excess into the handle, especially if you want to put the weights and such into the handles. I swear there were 14 years of post-secondary education among the three of us that tried to figure this out. I handed it to another friend of mine and he figured it out in about 15 seconds. At any rate, I thought I’d try to spare others the embarrassment :)The jump rope part itself isn’t very heavy. It has a tendency to kind of crimp up and go wherever while you’re using it.

The Tone Fitness adjustable weight jump rope can help improve cardio endurance, develop strength and core as well as shape and tone your entire body. Made with contour foam handles, precision ball bearing rotation and adjustable rope length and handle weight, the weighted jump rope is compact and portable. Get a quick workout at the gym, park, home or anywhere on the go. Jumping rope is one of the most effective methods of cardio training. An effective and economical tool for any fitness program. Weights may be included or removed as desired. Warning: This product contains one or more phthalate chemicals known to the state of California to cause birth defects and other reproductive harm. Consumer may return the product for a full refund, including shipping cost for both receipt and return of the product within 15 days of his or her receipt. This rope is great. Best Mexico

Forty-five years ago, James A. Michener walked away from a novel he was writing about Mexico. He had “run out of steam” and decided that some time away from the work would be beneficial. In July of 1992, his notes and manuscripts were rediscovered. Keeping the core of his original work, Michener completed the novel that was published as “Mexico”. Although not perfect, it was a very entertaining and extremely interesting 672 pages. The story involves Norman Clay, and American journalist of Mexican ancestry who has been sent to Toledo, Mexico (the fictional city of his birth), to cover the 1961 Izmiq Festival for a New York magazine. Expecting a spectacular bullfight on the third day of the festival, Clay fills his thoughts with childhood memories and a history of the city as seen from the perspective of his forebears.
Michener says it himself in the closing pages of MEXICO: There has to be more to Mexico than bullfighting. But in reading this novel about the country, you would hardly know it. Set around a journalist, Norman Clay, who is covering a bullfight, the reader is offered only tempting tidbits of what Mexico has to offer. I read JM’s TEXAS, last year, which contained large portions that included descriptions and events in Mexico. I assumed MEXICO would be more in depth and touch upon the rich culture of the Aztecs. I was somewhat disappointed.Though MEXICO did provide glimpses into the past of the Indians living in Mexico before the Spaniards came, the clashes with Cortez and the Conquistadors was sorely missing. The Spanish rape of Mexico was barely tapped and I really wanted to read more about the politics that shaped today’s nation of Mexico. JM shortchanged the Mexican and Mexico with this book. TEXAS was so brilliantly written, I guess lightening couldn’t strike twice.

“Astounding…Fast-moving, Intriguing…James Michener is back in huge, familiar form with MEXICO.”
LOS ANGELES DAILY NEWS
Here is the story of an American journalist who travels to Mexico to report on the upcoming duel between two great matadors, but who is ultimately swept up in the dramatic story of his Mexican ancestors. From the brutality and brilliance of the ancients, to the iron fist of the invading Spaniards, to the modern-day Mexicans battling through dust and bloodshed to build a nation upon the ashes of revolution, James Michener weaves it all into an epic human story that ranks with the best of his beloved, bestselling novels.

Economical FIAMM 40365 12 V Low Note One & Two Term W/ Universal Bracket

I bought this horn together with the high note one. both installed in my Suzuki XL7, sound is great, loud and clear! even better than the factory one. I love the fact that if you are using it a lot (at a parade or celebrating a new championship of your soccer team) it will keep going and going, will not fade or sound “funny” after a while. I do recommend this brand… packaging is great, quality supperb, great instructions and all the gear needed to install it is in the package!
bought this to replace the stock horns on my 05 zg1000. unfortunately it was too big to fit in the same area as stock horn. so can’t give a proper reveiw.
Bought it and it feels like a good replacement horn.I bought it for a horn that looked like it was corroding away but hasn’t broken yet.So i haven’t actually gotten to use it yet.

John Deere Sit-N-Scoot Activity Tractor Elegant

My son got this as a gift on his first birthday. For months he pushed it around the house and played with the animals inside the seat. After a while, the animals went in the toy bin with all the other figurines we have, but he continued to “hide” other things in the seat. He also started to ride the toy in the house. The next summer (he was nearly 2) we took the toy outside to use as a riding toy. He loves it! Since he doesn’t know how to pedal a real bike yet, this was perfect for him to race around on.He still uses the toy and he is nearly 2 and 1/2. He loves the horn and he is still small enough to be able to push himself around quickly. I would recommend this ride on toy to anyone looking for a good, durable toy for inside or outside use.
for a child learning to walk. My grandson loves playing with with theanimals and listening to the animal sounds when you raise the seat. Thehorn sound and starting of the engine are attract him as well. Very cuteand durable.
It was the most popular gift on his first birthday. He loved pushing it, sitting on it and moving the small animal figures. Lots of different kinds of fun for him.

This first riding toy encourages imaginative play while helping learn farm sounds. The three-in-one design allows toddlers to scoot along, push along, or be pushed along by an adult. Features normal/low/off volume setting for sounds–#1 feature requested by moms! Seat flips out to reveal educational activity playset area.

Lonely Planet Mexico, 12th Edition Classy

This is a solid entry from Lonely Planet, judged against their other guides. When I initially saw the size of this book, I was apprehensive about bringing it with me. It’s kind of big for backpacking. I contemplated ripping out sections I wouldn’t need, or leaving it behind. After 2 days on the road I couldn’t believe that I debated not taking it. It’s indispensable for getting around, and has a lot of great background info on the history, culture, and geography that you can read in your down time.My only real complaint with the book is that with so many different authors, some sections have a stronger voice than others. Compare the easygoing way the Baja entry is written with the more straightforward Mexico City section. It’s possible this might be an editorial choice. It’s a great book, and a great country.Book the ticket, buy the book, and get on your way.
I bought this guide for my trip; I have a kindle so I decided to use that version and I’ve found it very useful. My only complain is about the maps, because they use the paperback maps while the kindle could use more accurate or better viewing ones. Prices also need update, but I supposse that’s not that easy to improve. I would recomend this guide to anyone travelling to Mexico. Don’t buy the specialized editions like Yucatan or DF because those are extracts from this guide, so if you’re back you already have the info.Ah one more thing, I left for 23 days and used the guide all the time and never needed to recharge my Kindle, so no more heavy travel guides for me anymore 🙂

Lonely Planet knows Mexico. Whether you want to climb mysterious Maya temples in the Yucat n, eat nouveau Mexican cuisine in the capital, or simply stretch out on a honey-kissed beach at a Pacific coast resort, our 12th edition will guide you through the best of this amazing country.
Lonely Planet guides are written by experts who get to the heart of every destination they visit. This fully updated edition is packed with accurate, practical and honest advice, designed to give you the information you need to make the most of your trip.
In This Guide:
Tailored Itineraries to help you get the best out of your Mexico trip
